FGS regulation 7.2 - Annual Progress Reports - all graduate students in thesis programs are required to submit a progress report every year, due one month prior to the anniversary of your start date:
Students who receive external funding administered by Dalhousie or who are awarded a Killam pre-doctoral scholarship are required to submit the report one month in advance of the one-year anniversary date of the start of their award – this also applies to award renewals; this report will satisfy the FGS annual progress report requirement.
The Annual Progress Report Form for thesis students can be found here.
The form must be signed by both you and your supervisor. If the report is unsigned or if the signatures are not original, FGS will not accept it. Failure to submit the report or failure to submit it on time may result in an administrative hold being placed on your student file by FGS, resulting in delays in registration and processing of scholarships or other funding.
Please contact the FGS Program Officer at Program.Officer@Dal.Ca or call 494-6724 if you have any questions about these regulations.
